Focus groups and facility-based sessions are the most common form of qualitative research. We do hundreds of groups a year among Hispanic, African Americans and Asians as well as general market and other multicultural targets. We do a great deal of studies that incorporate several ethnic subtargets in addition to the general market targets. Our moderators are "target-bilingual," bicultural and know focus group moderation inside and out. They are researchers chosen for their easy-going, authentic and respectful approach to the subject, placing much importance in their ability to delve deeper into answers by probing, all without insulting the consumers' intelligence.
However, we do a lot whole lot more than facility-based focus groups and IDI's. ![]()
